DRAKE HER HUSBAND OF PASADENA, CALIFORNIA, BEING OF LAWFUL AGE IN CONSIDERATION OF TEN (10) DOLLARS TO THEM PAID BY THE PINELYN PARK COMPANY, A CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF OREGON DO HEREBY GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL AND CONVEY UNTO SAID PINELYN PARK COMPANY, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS ALL THE FOLLOWING BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF CROOK AND STATE OF OREGON.

BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE LEFT BANK OF THE DESCHUTES RIVER WHICH POINT IS TWO HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN (297) FEET WEST AND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY THREE AND 88/100 (493.88) FEET, MORE OR LESS SOUTH FROM THE NORTH WEST CORNER OF THE SOUTH EAST (SE¼) OF THE NORTH WEST (NW¼) QUARTER OF SECTION THIRTY TWO (32) TOWNSHIP SEVENTEEN (17) SOUTH RANGE TWELVE (12) EAST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN SAID CORNER BEING A THREE INCH GALVANIZED IRON PIPE SET SIX INCHES BELOW GROUND; THENCE NORTH THREE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN (367) FEET; THENCE EAST NINE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT (AND 32/100 (998.32) FEET; THENCE SOUTH SIXTY TWO DEGREES, TWENTY EIGHT MINUTES AND FORTY SECONDS (62′ 28″ 40”’) EAST FOR TWO HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT (248) FEET, MORE OR LESS TO THE LEFT BANK OF THE DESCHUTES RIVER THENCE FOLLOWING SAID LEFT BANK OF THE DESCHUTES RIVER SOUTH WESTERLY AND NORTH WESTERLY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING TEN (10) ACRES, MORE OR LESS SUBJECT HOWEVER TO THAT CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR FLOWAGE GRANTED BY THE PILOT BUTTE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, TO THE BEND WATER LIGHT AND POWER COMPANY BY DEED DATED FEBRUARY 6, 1911, AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF CROOK COUNTY OREGON ON THE 26TH DAY OF APRIL 1911, ON PAGE 567, OF BOOK, 24 OF DEEDS.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE ABOVE GRANTED PREMISES WITH ALL THE RIGHTS, EASEMENT AND APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR UNTO THE SAID PINELYN PARK COMPANY, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FORE¥ER AND THE SAID GRANTORS ABOVE DO COVENANT TO AND WITH THE SAID GRANTEE ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS THAT GRANTORS ARE LAWFULLY SEIZED IN FEE .OF THE ABOVE GRANTED PREMISES; THAT THEY ARE FREE FROM ALL INCUMBRANCES AND THAT GRANTORS ABOVE WILL AND THEIR HEIRS,EXECUTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS SHALL WARRANT AND DEFEND THE ABOVE GRANTED PREMISES TO THE SAID GRANTEE ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FOREVER AGAINST THE LAWFUL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS OF ALL PERSONS.
