I, Robert B. Gould, being first duly sworn, hereby certify that I have correctly surveyed and marked with proper monuments the lands represented on this plat; that at th N.W. corner of S.E.¼ of the N.W.¼ of Section 32, T. 17 S., R. 12 E., W.M., I set a three inch galvanized iron pipe 6 inches below ground for the initial point of this plat; and that following is a correct description of the lands included in said plat:-
Beginning at a point on the left bank of the Deschutes River, which is 297.00 feet west and 493.88 feet more or less south from the N.W. corner of the N.W.¼ of Sec. 32, T. 17 S., R. 12 E., W.M., said corner being a three inch galvanized iron pipe, set six inches below ground; thence North 367.00 feet; thence East 998.32 feet; thence S. 62°-28′-40″ E. for 248.00 feet more or less to the left bank of the Deschutes River; thence following said left bank of the Deschutes River southwesterly and northwesterly to the point of beginning, all being contained within the South half of the N.W. quarter of said Section 32, T 17 S., R 12 E., W.M..
